Indivisible IL9 Endorsement
Local Indivisible group, Indivisible Illinois 9th Andersonville-Edgewater (aka Indivisible IL9), has voted unanimously to endorse Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth for 48th ward alderwoman.

Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth was born in Chicago to immigrant parents and raised her kids here in Chicago Public Schools.
As a small-business owner and LSC member, Leni has a deep understanding of the needs of her community and the challenges faced by those who are often forgotten.
Leni is a queer woman of color and a dynamic, inclusive leader who asks the difficult questions and listens with empathy. She is an unflinching champion for social and economic justice.
Leni has the lived experience that embodies the diversity of our community and will be a public servant that truly represents her ward.
As part of their endorsement, Indivisible IL9 is raising money via this fundraising campaign — all the donations end in 9 so they can signal their support from IL9 members.
