One Year Ago Today….

One year ago TODAY was Election Day here in the 48th ward. This past year has been an incredible journey thanks to every single person who has been a part of it. (That's YOU! 🩵)

This year, Leni is also running for 48th Ward Democratic Committeewoman* and early voting starts in all 50 wards THIS coming Monday, March 4. Here in the 48th ward, our EV location is Edgewater Library! 🗳️

Leni is working hard to Get Out the Vote for progressive candidates up and down the ballot and, of course, to Bring Chicago Home. Will you join us?

Sign up to volunteer with the campaign or make a donation — we need all hands on deck to make sure that our elections run smoothly!

* What's a Democratic Committeeperson?
This is an additional unpaid position with responsibilities that include voter registration, community forums, election materials, election operations, and of course, working to increase voter turnout.

Leni is not currently the 48th ward Dem committeeperson — her term would begin before the next election. As you can imagine, this is a job that can use volunteers and donations to make it successful. Join us today!
